Storyteller
Denisse Gularte Romero is originally from Ensenada and currently resides in Tijuana. She works in the arts in painting, photography, and film; and has been coordinator of Recortos48, filosofest II and other art exhibitions. Another important element of her work is her collaboration with audiovisual production companies such as Spécola, Tesoro, Hausu media, and Haiku weddings.
She is currently finishing her degree in Philosophy at the Autonomous University of Baja California, Tijuana, where she has been able to find theoretical support for a series of investigations related to cinema. Her work focuses on making short documentary films.
