Linda grew up in Rwanda, studied Political Science in Brussels, and finished her master’s degree in Population and Development Sciences in 2019. During her internship in Mexico City, she joined the 2018 caravan and decided to stay in Tijuana as a volunteer.
Linda was moved by the daily injustices experienced by migrants and their defenders, and she wrote her thesis on this subject. She decided to return to Tijuana to help organizations that work every day to support migrants’ rights. After several months of volunteering in Tijuana, she joined our team to work in institutional strengthening and fundraising.
