Founder and specialist in criminal law
Oscar earned a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and he has dedicated most of his professional career to the practice of litigation in criminal matters. In addition, from 2009 to 2013, he served in the Federal Judicial Branch and in the defunct Secretary of Public Security.
Oscar is one of the founding partners of Alma Migrante, where he works as a defense attorney and strategist in litigation matters.
