If from January 1st to June 30, 2021, your organization has received or given donations to mitigate and combat the SARS-CoV 2 virus, they must submit the Third Informative Declaration of COVID-19 donations.

The term to present this 3rd.  The declaration is from July 1 to July 31, 2021.
