Xally earned her degree in International Relations from the Autonomous University of Baja California. Born and raised in Tijuana, Xally is a vital player in the accompaniment processes for our clients.
Xally is a field investigator at the organization and monitors federal court trials. She is also in charge of logistics for the workshops we deliver to migrant rights defenders in the region.
